It provides consulting in tourism, accommodation, and catering, with operations centered in Bali and targeting the tourism, resource extraction, and real estate sectors across Indonesia. Founded in 2001 and headquartered at Jimbaran Hub, Jl. Karangmas, Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali, the company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in July 2005 following its initial public offering. PT Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk expanded through historical milestones including a 2011 merger with PT Gama Wahyu Abadi to gain control of PT Patra Supplies & Services and a 2014 Right Issue I that raised IDR 108.975 billion, partly used to acquire a 75% stake in PT Bhumi Lestari Makmur.
