ImExHS Limited (ASX:IME) develops and provides cloud-based software-as-a-service solutions for medical imaging and radiology services to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers worldwide. The company offers modular platforms including AQUILA for radiology with Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) functionality; ALULA for anatomical pathology laboratory information systems (APLIS); ANTEROS for cardiology information systems (CIS); advanced visualization tools; and artificial intelligence features for enhanced diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency; alongside teleradiology and radiological diagnostic services in markets such as Colombia and Spain. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Mascot, Sydney, Australia, ImExHS operates in over 18 countries across Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, serving more than 500 facilities through its two segments of software and radiology services. In recent developments, ImExHS completed a conditional placement raising funds in April 2024 to support growth initiatives; renewed key software contracts and secured new multi-year SaaS agreements, including with public hospital districts in Colombia and Mexico's IMSS in 2023; advanced negotiations for material radiology contracts; and reported 1H FY24 results alongside ongoing expansions in AI-driven tools and international partnerships.
