The company, founded in 1863 and headquartered at Boulevard Anspach 1 in Brussels, Belgium, operates primarily in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom, serving institutional investors, the state, the European Union, and private clients for office complexes, housing, and land purchases. As a subsidiary of A³ Capital NV, formerly known as Allfin NV before renaming to Immobel SA in June 2016, it reported half-year sales of EUR 148.27 million for the period ended June 30, 2025, with full-year 2024 revenue reaching EUR 377.51 million driven by residential (EUR 334 million), land banking (EUR 34.22 million), and offices (EUR 2.09 million), alongside geographic sales led by Belgium (EUR 119 million), Poland (EUR 118 million), and Luxembourg (EUR 62.09 million). Recent developments include the sale of its Brussels office building at Sainctelette Square 2 to AWEX and WBI in August 2025, the transfer of urban planning and environmental permits for the Bel Towers project (formerly Proximus towers) to Nextensa for EUR 18 million in early 2025 as part of a mixed-use redevelopment, and strategic portfolio reorientation amid a 141% revenue increase in 2024.
