Indel B operates globally with a strong presence in Europe, Italy, the Americas, and other regions, serving automotive, hospitality, leisure, and catering markets. Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Sant'Agata Feltria, Italy, it is controlled by AMP.FIN S.R.L. and employs over 800 staff. Recent major changes include the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Indel Webasto Marine Srl from Webasto Roof & Components SE for €23.4 million, strengthening its marine refrigeration segment. The company has also executed a share buyback program in 2025 as part of its strategic equity management.
