- Innate Pharma S.A. is a clinical-stage biotechnology firm dedicated to the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapeutic antibodies aimed at oncology indications across various international markets. The company leverages its scientific expertise in innate immunity and antibody engineering, including its proprietary ANKET® platform, to generate novel immunotherapies for cancer patients. Within its clinical pipeline, Lacutamab (IPH4102), a first-in-class anti-KIR3DL2 antibody, is advancing. This asset has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for Sézary syndrome, and the FDA has cleared the protocol for a confirmatory Phase 3 trial, TELLOMAK 3, in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), including Sézary syndrome and Mycosis fungoides, anticipated to begin in the first half of 2026. Earlier Phase 2 TELLOMAK data demonstrated favorable safety, durable activity, and quality-of-life improvements, although new patient enrollment was temporarily paused in an earlier trial due to a partial clinical hold following a rare adverse event. Monalizumab, an anti-NKG2A immune checkpoint inhibitor, is being developed in collaboration with AstraZeneca. The Phase 3 PACIFIC-9 study in unresectable, Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has completed enrollment, with key data expected in the second half of 2026. Additionally, interim data from the Phase 2 NeoCOAST-2 trial in resectable, early-stage NSCLC were presented in September 2024. However, a Phase 3 trial for head and neck cancer was discontinued following a futility analysis. IPH5201, a blocking antibody targeting the CD39 immunosuppressive pathway, is partnered with AstraZeneca and is currently in a Phase 2 trial (MATISSE) for neoadjuvant non-small cell lung cancer. Another proprietary asset, IPH5301, a CD73-blocking antibody, is undergoing an investigator-sponsored Phase 1 trial in solid tumors, with an expansion cohort exploring combinations in HER2-positive breast and gastric cancers. The company’s innovative ANKET® platform yields multi-specific NK cell engagers, including IPH6101 (SAR443579), which is progressing into Phase 2 trials for acute myeloid leukemia, B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and high-risk myelodysplasia, with Innate having regained its rights from Sanofi in April 2025, alongside a Sanofi equity investment. Another ANKET® program, IPH6501 (CD20-targeting), is entering clinical trials for non-Hodgkin lymphoma, supported by an investment from the Institute for Follicular Lymphoma Innovation. Furthermore, IPH4502, a proprietary Nectin-4 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), is moving into Phase 1 clinical testing for various advanced solid tumors. Innate Pharma, established in 1999 and headquartered in Marseille, France, with a U.S. office in Rockville, Maryland, continues to strategically prioritize its most promising clinical assets and advance its preclinical research, adapting to the funding environment.
