Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa, Invicta maintains a geographic presence in 17 countries across five continents, including manufacturing in China and distribution in the United States, United Kingdom and Asia, targeting industries such as mining, agriculture, transportation and construction. In recent developments, Invicta completed the acquisition of UK-based Spaldings Group on 1 September 2025 for approximately R282 million, enhancing its global RPE segment through synergies in procurement, expanded product range and growth in after-market agricultural and ground care parts distribution in Britain and Europe; earlier acquisitions include UK-based Nationwide Bearing Company and KMP to bolster its replacement parts operations in Britain and North America.
