Jade Road Investments Limited (JADE.L) is a London-listed investment holding company focused on providing growth capital and financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), primarily through structured equity, debt, hybrid debt securities, and quasi-equity investments. The company targets high-growth sectors including healthcare, fintech, hospitality, information technology, property, energy, materials, industrials, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, financials, communication services, utilities, and real estate; its historical portfolio has encompassed companies such as DocDoc Pte Ltd, Future Metal Holdings Ltd, Fook Lam Moon Holdings Ltd, Infinity Capital Group Ltd, Tellus Niseko, and Meize Energy Ltd.
