Business
Juno Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mining company focused on the evaluation and development of iron ore projects in Western Australia; principal activities include advancing the Mount Ida Magnetite Project, a large-scale resource of approximately 1.85 billion tonnes capable of producing high-grade premium iron concentrate for a potential long-life tier-one magnetite mine, and the Mount Ida Lithium Prospect; operations center on the Central Yilgarn Iron Project in the Yilgarn region, targeting iron ore exploration and development for industrial and steelmaking markets. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Perth, the company listed on the ASX in May 2021 and maintains a lean structure with key assets near Menzies, approximately 130 kilometers northwest. In a major strategic shift, Juno completed the sale of its Mount Mason DSO Hematite Project in October 2025 to Gold Valley Yilgarn Pty Ltd for A$6 million in cash plus a 2% FOB revenue royalty on future iron ore production, with proceeds allocated to the Mount Ida Magnetite Project, new opportunities, and working capital; the transaction, initially announced in June 2025, enhances liquidity while retaining focus on core magnetite assets.
