In recent developments, Kotyark secured a major tender in September 2025 for the supply of 7,299 KL biodiesel to OMCs valued at Rs 58.39 crore, enhancing its FY26 business outlook and reinforcing ties with key customers. The company acquired industrial land measuring 3,344.50 square meters for Rs 7.36 million in November 2025, while its subsidiary acquired 2,113 square meters for Rs 4.65 million from 20 Microns Limited to support business expansion.
