Business
Kotyark Industries Limited is an India-based manufacturer of biodiesel and related biofuels, focusing on renewable green energy and sustainable development of renewable natural resources. The company produces biodiesel from multi-feedstock sources; crude glycerin and refined glycerin as by-products of biodiesel manufacturing; and additional products including C-9, CBFS (carbon black feedstock), liquid paraffin oil, and dewatering fluid. Its production facilities, located in Swaroopganj (Sirohi District, Rajasthan) and Padgol (Anand District, Gujarat), offer a combined annual biodiesel capacity of 480,000 KL and daily capacities of 1,600 KL biodiesel and 210 KL glycerin, serving oil marketing companies (OMCs) such as Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL); commercial transportation sectors including trucks, buses, and shipping; industrial operations; as well as generators, boilers, farming equipment, and other diesel-dependent applications primarily within India. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, the company maintains zero-discharge effluent operations and reports one subsidiary as of March 31, 2025. In recent developments, Kotyark secured a major tender in September 2025 for the supply of 7,299 KL biodiesel to OMCs valued at Rs 58.39 crore, enhancing its FY26 business outlook and reinforcing ties with key customers. The company acquired industrial land measuring 3,344.50 square meters for Rs 7.36 million in November 2025, while its subsidiary acquired 2,113 square meters for Rs 4.65 million from 20 Microns Limited to support business expansion. These moves follow prior supply orders from OMCs and ongoing efforts in glycerin refining, positioning Kotyark for scaled biofuel production amid India's push for sustainable energy.
