Latécoère S.A. (LAT.PA) designs, develops, manufactures and supports aerostructures and interconnection systems for the aerospace industry, serving as a Tier-1 supplier to major manufacturers including Airbus, Boeing, Dassault Aviation, Embraer, Lockheed Martin and Thales; its core products and services encompass aerostructures such as passenger and cargo doors, fuselage sections, wings, empennages and connecting rods; interconnection systems including electrical wiring harnesses, avionics racks, on-board equipment and test benches; services and special products comprising customer support, maintenance, repair and video systems; and space components like electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies for satellites, launchers and space vehicles. Founded in 1917 and headquartered in Toulouse, France, the company operates production facilities in 13 countries across EMEA-Asia and the Americas regions, including the Czech Republic, Romania, the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, Tunisia, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Bulgaria, Morocco, Japan and India, targeting commercial, regional, business, defense and space aircraft segments with contributions to platforms such as A320neo, A350, 787 Dreamliner, F-35, Eurostar Neo and next-generation programs from Boom Supersonic and Eve Air Mobility. In recent developments, Latécoère completes the sale of its MADES subsidiary in August 2025 to focus on core aerostructures and interconnection systems businesses; strengthens space collaboration with Airbus on the Eurostar Neo platform in October 2025; reports H1 2025 revenue growth of 6.4% to €374.6 million driven by production ramp-ups in September 2025; appoints André-Hubert Roussel as CEO in November 2024 alongside leadership changes including Yves Yemsi as COO & President EMEA and Sam Marnick as President Americas; secures new contracts such as eVTOL doors from Eve Air Mobility in June 2024 and composite assemblies for Pratt & Whitney Canada in February 2024; and conducts a reserved capital increase of €1.1 million for managers in May 2025 following prior recapitalizations. Latécoère, a subsidiary of SCP SKN Holding I SAS, employs over 5,000 people and generated €705.8 million in 2024 revenue while maintaining ISO 9001, EN 9100 and other certifications across its operations.
