Business
LEM Holding S.A. (LEHN.SW) manufactures and markets high-precision sensors and transducers for measuring electrical parameters including current, voltage, power, and energy. The company produces current sensors; voltage sensors; integrated current sensors such as GO, FHS, and HMSR series; Rogowski coils; and energy meters, which serve applications in motor control, power conversion, battery management systems, electric vehicle charging, smart grids, welding, automation, drives, high-precision power supplies, renewable energies, traction, and trackside activities. Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Meyrin, Switzerland, LEM operates production facilities in Switzerland, China, Japan, Bulgaria, and Malaysia, with sales offices and service centers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, NAFTA regions, and Latin America to support customers in energy, mobility, industrial automation, and railway sectors. In response to recent market challenges, LEM implements the "Fit for Growth" program, which includes geographical and organizational realignments such as expanding R&D in Asia, consolidating service capacities in Bulgaria, strengthening production in Malaysia, and optimizing costs across functions; the company reports resilient sales in Q1 2025/26 with growth in automotive and trackside segments, stable sales in the first half of 2025/26, and updates to mid-term financial ambitions amid EBIT recovery and gross margin improvements.
