The company offers caramelized biscuits including Lotus Biscoff cookies and spread; waffles and galettes; cake specialties; gingerbread under Peijnenburg and Snelle Jelle brands; pepparkakor biscuits under Annas; natural snacks without added sugar under nākd, TREK, BEAR, Kiddylicious, Urban Fruit, and Peter's Yard brands; and other products such as Dinosaurus biscuits. Lotus Bakeries distributes its branded products through retail, catering, foodservice, and e-commerce channels to consumers seeking premium snacks. Founded in 1932 and headquartered in Lembeke, Kaprijke, Belgium, the company operates production facilities in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, South Africa, the United States, and Thailand, with sales organizations across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and other regions. Recent developments include expansion of its partnership with Mondelēz International into ice-cream via Froneri starting in 2026 following chocolate co-brands like Cadbury-Biscoff and Milka-Biscoff launched in the UK and Europe; acceleration of the Thailand greenfield Biscoff plant to produce cookies in late 2025 ahead of full operations in 2026; launch of a bespoke Biscoff spread jar inspired by the cookie shape; new localized Biscoff spread production in the US Mebane facility and planned in Thailand to mitigate tariffs and support three-continent footprint; introduction of TREK Protein Flapjack with Biscoff as a top UK innovation; a three-year partnership with Golazo for sports events in Belgium, Netherlands, and France; and planned capital expenditures of at least EUR 250 million for 2025-2026 focused on Biscoff and natural foods capacity expansions.
