Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) provides digital learning and talent management solutions to large and mid-sized organizations worldwide. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in London, the company operates through two principal divisions—Content and Services, encompassing GP Strategies, Effective People, Affirmity and PRELOADED; and Software and Platforms, including Rustici Software, PeopleFluent, Watershed, Breezy HR, Bridge, Gomo and Open LMS—offering products and services such as workforce transformation solutions, custom organizational performance and technical learning, immersive games and virtual reality experiences, diversity and compliance software, e-learning authoring and distribution tools, standards-compliant interoperability software, learning analytics platforms, recruiting and applicant tracking systems, integrated talent management suites spanning performance, compensation, succession and enterprise learning management, and open-source learning platforms powered by Moodle. LTG serves corporate and government clients across industries including automotive, financial services, technology, aerospace, defense, healthcare, energy, oil and gas, and aviation, with approximately 70% of revenues from the United States, the remainder primarily from the United Kingdom and Europe, and a presence in over 30 countries across North and South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. The company pursues a buy-and-build strategy, delivering strong organic growth complemented by strategic acquisitions financed through operating cash flows, debt and equity, while maintaining high SaaS recurring revenues, customer retention and profit margins. Recent developments include the sale of its VectorVMS contingent workforce business to PIXID Group in July 2024 and its delisting from the London Stock Exchange AIM market on March 31, 2025, following acquisition by funds managed by General Atlantic, valuing LTG at approximately £802.4 million.
