Mosaic Brands Limited, formerly known as Noni B Limited, was an Australian and New Zealand specialty fashion retailer, founded in 1977 and headquartered in Rosebery, Australia. The company operated a diverse portfolio of women's apparel and accessories brands, which historically included Millers, Rockmans, Noni B, Rivers, Katies, Autograph, W. Lane, Crossroads, beme, and the multi-channel retailer Ezibuy. At its peak, the group maintained a significant retail presence with approximately 1,000 stores across both countries, complemented by online platforms. However, the company entered voluntary administration in October 2024, with subsequent appointments of administrators and receivers. This followed a period of sustained financial challenges and a strategic decision to wind down several brands including Rockmans, Autograph, Crossroads, W. Lane, and beme. By early 2025, further closures were announced for Katies and Rivers, with the remaining core brands, Millers and Noni B, also slated for winding down. All remaining physical stores and online operations are expected to cease by mid-April 2025, marking the effective liquidation of the group. Its shares have been suspended from trading on the ASX.
