In recent developments, MPO held an Annual General Meeting on 18 December 2025 to vote on a continuation resolution enabling orderly disposal of remaining assets, with the board recommending approval; an Extraordinary General Meeting on 4 December 2025 saw all resolutions passed, though a proposed placing announced on 17 November 2025 to raise a minimum of £1.7 million was abandoned after failing to meet subscription levels, plunging shares to an all-time low amid challenges meeting a £1.5 million loan repayment due 15 December 2025 on Penha Heights. The Company continues discussions with lenders including Hang Seng Bank for refinancing and accelerating property sales as part of its multi-year wind-down strategy under Sniper Capital, following prior divestments that reduced debt levels and improved loan-to-value ratios; a new Investment Management Agreement with Sniper Capital was agreed retrospectively effective from 1 February 2022 at US$100,000 per month for 2022 and continued into 2024.
