MaxiPARTS Limited (ASX:MXI), founded in 1987 and headquartered in Truganina, Victoria, Australia, distributes and sells commercial truck and trailer parts, along with automotive tools and workshop consumables, primarily to road transport operators, commercial vehicle service and repair providers, truck dealerships, mining companies, and small independents across Australia. The company operates under the MaxiPARTS and Forch Australia brands through approximately 27 stores nationwide, supplemented by online sales, offering comprehensive product ranges including lights, tools, oil and filters, axles, suspensions, brakes, transmissions, differentials, drivelines, trailer parts, general truck accessories, cable ties, cleaning consumables, greasing and fluid transfer equipment, load restraint systems, mirrors, safety products, signage, wipers, electrical accessories such as globes, terminals, connectors, coils, batteries, switches, flashers, relays, and horns, as well as truck trailer and axle suspension components, coolants, lubricants, and other filters. In recent developments, MaxiPARTS completed the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Forch Australia Pty Ltd for A$2.1 million in June 2025; entered binding agreements in September 2025 to acquire Nineteen Group Pty Ltd and its subsidiary Independant Parts Pty Ltd for $27.0 million cash to expand its Western Australia presence with additional stores in Perth, Port Hedland, Geraldton, and Bunbury; saw Förch Australia acquire Förch Brisbane for $1.9 million; opened a new store in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, in July 2025; and continues integrating prior acquisitions such as Truckzone while growing its Japanese product range.
