Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Copenhagen at Amaliegade 6, Park Street A/S functions as a subsidiary of Park Street Asset Management Limited and maintains approximately 40 properties with over 200,000 square meters of floorspace, high occupancy rates above 90%, and around 18 employees serving institutional and corporate tenants. In recent developments, the company changed its name from Park Street Nordicom A/S to Park Street A/S in June 2021 and signed long-term debt facilities totaling DKK 619 million while launching the Pulse Nørrebro student housing project in September 2021.
