Property For Industry Limited (PFI.NZ) is a New Zealand-based real estate investment trust specializing in industrial property investment and management. The company owns and leases a diversified nationwide portfolio of over 90 quality industrial properties valued at more than $2 billion, primarily located in Auckland suburbs including Avondale, East Tamaki, Manukau, Mt Wellington, North Shore, Penrose, and other areas, as well as sites in Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, and Christchurch; its properties support key industrial sectors such as last-mile e-commerce, food and beverage, freight, technology, automotive, storage and logistics, frozen goods, horticulture, and primary industries, with tenants including Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Fletcher Building Products, Brambles, Cottonsoft, Mainfreight, and Coca-Cola Amatil. PFI generates nearly all revenue from rental and management fees. Founded in 1993 and listed on the NZX since 1994, the company is headquartered at Level 4, Hayman Kronfeld Building, 15 Galway Street, Auckland. Recent developments include the settlement of the acquisition of 316 Neilson Street in Penrose, Auckland in February 2025, the purchase of 505 & 507 Mt Wellington Highway in November 2025, and the acquisition of 45 Cryers Road in East Tamaki, Auckland, alongside a focus on sustainable projects, lease reversions, and developments to drive rental income growth and portfolio expansion. PFI employs 22 staff under CEO Simon Woodhams and maintains strong tenant relationships to support long-term value creation for investors through steady dividends and capital growth.
