The company offers core products and services including affordable insurance plans through Personal Assurance Plc and Personal Assurance (Guernsey) Limited such as hospital plans, recovery plans following hospitalisation or day surgery, and death benefit plans; the award-winning Hapi employee benefits platform for large corporates and SMEs; Sage Employee Benefits in partnership with Sage Group plc; and pay and reward consultancy services incorporating HR software solutions and salary sacrifice technology, targeting employers across various industries to enhance employee wellbeing, retention, and productivity. Founded in 1984 and headquartered at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, the company operates primarily in the UK with recent expansion of its Sage Employee Benefits platform into Ireland. Recent developments include renewed and expanded partnership with Sage Group announced in March 2025 enabling integration across more Sage products and launch in the Republic of Ireland; new distribution agreement with SME-focused EB Now with customer go-lives planned for H2 2025; record new annualised insurance sales of £7.4m in H1 2025 up 6% year-on-year alongside 12% growth in annualised premium income to £38.0m; completion of customer migration to the next-generation Benefits platform; divestiture of non-core Let's Connect business; organisational streamlining with a strengthened senior management team; and acquisition of Quintige Consulting in 2022 supporting Pay & Reward growth including new clients such as De Beers Group and the British Medical Association.
