Polymac Thermoformers Limited manufactures and sells disposable plastic products in India, primarily through thermoforming techniques that produce glasses, cups, bowls, and related items such as plastic containers, food containers, and ice cream cups with lids; these products serve commercial, food service, and agro-related applications, replacing conventional alternatives in domestic markets. Incorporated on December 17, 1999, as Polymac Thermoformers Private Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal, and converted to a public limited company in August 2013, the firm maintains its registered office at 29A Weston Street, 3rd Floor, Room C5, Kolkata 700012, with manufacturing and trading operations centered in West Bengal, including facilities in Serampore and Srirampur. Operations target the Indian market exclusively, with sales concentrated domestically and recent fiscal growth showing manufacturing revenue rising to INR 145 million for the year ended March 2024. In 2008, Puspjeet Kumar acquired majority control from founder Raj Kumar Agarwala; more recently, the company reported full-year earnings for March 31, 2024, held its 25th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2024, accepted the resignation of Whole-time Director Sunita Shroff effective October 28, 2025, due to personal commitments, and appointed Neha Modi as Whole-time Director effective November 7, 2025, leveraging her expertise in finance, accounts, MIS, and taxation ahead of a November 12, 2025, board meeting to approve half-year financial results ended September 30, 2025.
