Prismi S.p.A. (PRM.MI) operates as a digital marketing agency specializing in web marketing services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), micro-businesses, and larger corporate clients in Italy. The company provides search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, website creation and design, e-commerce platform development, content marketing, social media management, mobile marketing, and other digital communication solutions; it also offers statistical tools to measure website performance, email marketing, and integrated online presence services through subsidiaries including 2ThePoint PSM Srl, Wellnet Srl, Crearevalore Srl, and Web Agency Ingrandimenti. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Vimodrone, near Milan, Italy, with a legal address at Viale delle Industrie 7, Prismi maintains a nationwide network of approximately 200 agents serving over 5,000 clients primarily in Italy and Switzerland. In late 2017, the company rebranded from Primi sui Motori S.p.A. to Prismi S.p.A. and pursued strategic acquisitions of Wellnet and InGrandiMenti to expand into digital transformation and corporate/public administration segments; it also merged subsidiaries such as 3ding, 2thepoint, and Wellnet into Wellnet, and Creare Valore into Prismi S.p.A., while establishing Prismi CH for Swiss market penetration.
