Business
Invesco FTSE RAFI Canadian Index ETF (PXC.TO) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the FTSE RAFI Canada Index (previously known as the RAFI Fundamental Select Canada 100 Index), or any successor thereto; the fund invests primarily, directly or indirectly, in equity securities of Canadian companies selected and weighted based on fundamental metrics including dividends, book value, cash flow, and sales; it provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of growth and value stocks across market capitalizations in sectors such as financials, energy, and industrials, with top holdings including Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto-Dominion Bank, and Enbridge Inc.. Launched on January 26, 2012 and domiciled in Canada, the ETF is managed by Invesco Canada Ltd., with co-management by Invesco Capital Management LLC, and operates from Invesco's Canadian headquarters at 16 York Street, Suite 1200, Toronto, Ontario.. In March 2025, the fund transitioned to tracking a new index provided by Research Affiliates while maintaining its rules-based, fundamentally weighted approach to Canadian equities, reflecting ongoing strategic refinements in its benchmark methodology; it continues quarterly distributions, with recent payouts including CAD 0.35832 per unit in June 2025 and estimated 2024 reinvested distributions announced in January 2025.. The ETF targets Canadian investors seeking broad domestic equity exposure with a focus on fundamental value over traditional market-cap weighting, maintaining assets under management of approximately CAD 160 million and an expense ratio of 0.49% as of late 2025..
