Rossell Techsys Ltd (ROSSTECH.NS) operates as an engineering and manufacturing services provider specializing in aerospace and defence sectors; it delivers build-to-specifications and build-to-print solutions for global original equipment manufacturers through centers of excellence in its state-of-the-art facility at the Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park near Bengaluru airport. The company offers electrical wiring interconnection systems including high-complexity power, RF, control, data, signal harnesses integrated with active/passive components, electrical panels and fiber optics; electronic assemblies encompassing design, development, prototyping, testing, integration, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrades and end-of-life maintenance in a fabless ecosystem; test solutions and systems integration with fully/semi-automatic/manual equipment for peripherals, control systems, valves, actuators and metering; and after-market services such as customer training, site surveys/preparation, repairs, obsolescence management, reverse engineering and alternate sourcing. Founded in 2011 as the aerospace and defence division of Rossell India Ltd and demerged into an independent public limited company incorporated on December 6, 2022 with headquarters in Kolkata and primary operations in Bengaluru, it serves military rotary/fixed-wing platforms, commercial aircraft, weapon systems and unmanned platforms for clients including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, Israel Aerospace Industries, General Electric and domestic entities like Indian Air Force, HAL and BEL across India, the US (via Tempe, Arizona office), Israel, Europe and other regions. Recent developments include a strategic spin-off from Rossell India in August 2024 followed by listing on NSE and BSE on December 9, 2024 to pursue independent growth and new markets; board approval in October 2025 for up to Rs 300 crore capital raise via qualified institutional placement to fund expansion; plans for Rs 15 crore capex over three years and Rs 70 crore investment to add 150,000 sqft capacity targeting 15% share of aircraft platforms from current 7% with new MRO bases at Indian airports; workforce growth to 1,000 by end-2025 amid 30-35% annual hires; client diversification to 36 including 25-28 new European/Israeli partners since 2018-19 reducing Boeing dependency to 40% of FY2025 revenue of Rs 260 crore up 20% YoY; and Rs 800 crore purchase orders plus Rs 2,800 crore strategic defence agreements.
