Roularta Media Group N.V. is a Belgium-based multimedia company founded in 1954 and headquartered in Roeselare. It operates primarily in the publication and printing of news and niche magazines, newspapers, and free sheets, as well as in audiovisual media and electronic publishing. The company’s main products include a diverse portfolio of news and business magazines such as Knack and Trends; women and lifestyle magazines; local media outlets; special interest publications; broadcast television channels including VTM, Q2, Vitaya, and CaZ; and radio stations like Qmusic and Joe, catering to different demographic groups. It also offers B2B media services and organizes networking events under its STERCK brand. Roularta operates mainly in Belgium with additional presence in the Netherlands and Germany. In recent strategic developments, Roularta has acquired shares from the Belgian family holding Shopinvest NV, strengthening its shareholder structure.
