- Reyna Silver Corp., a Vancouver-based junior exploration company founded in 2018 and headquartered at 325 Howe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties focused on high-grade, district-scale silver and gold deposits primarily in Mexico and the United States. The company holds 100% interests in the flagship Guigui Property comprising 7 concessions covering approximately 4,554 hectares in the Santa Eulalia Mining District of Chihuahua, Mexico; the Batopilas Property spanning over 1,183 hectares in southwest Chihuahua, Mexico, encompassing 94% of the historic Batopilas Native Silver District; the El Durazno Project covering nearly 27,000 hectares in Sonora, Mexico; and the Medicine Springs Project of approximately 4,831 hectares in the Ruby Mountain Valley, Nevada, USA; along with the option through its subsidiary Reyna Gold Corp. to earn up to a 70% interest in the Gryphon Summit Property at the southern end of Nevada's Carlin Trend. Reyna Silver targets mining companies, investors and strategic partners in the precious metals sector across North America. In August 2025, Reyna Silver completed its acquisition by Torex Gold Resources Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately C$36 million (US$26 million) at C$0.13 per share pursuant to a court-approved plan of arrangement, under which Torex acquired all issued and outstanding common shares, delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange, and now operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torex with its exploration portfolio integrated into Torex's Americas-focused precious metals strategy; Torex plans targeted 2025 exploration expenditures of about US$500,000 at Batopilas for target definition and US$1.1 million at Gryphon for geochemistry, geophysics and remote sensing ahead of drilling, with programs expanding to Guigui and Medicine Springs in 2026.
