Business
Restore plc delivers critical office and workplace services across the public and private sectors, operating primarily within the United Kingdom. The company structures its offerings through two main segments: Digital & Information Management, and Secure Lifecycle Services. The Digital & Information Management division encompasses comprehensive solutions for both physical and digital assets, including secure storage and retrieval of hard copy documents, magnetic data, and heritage items, alongside advanced digital workflow services such as document scanning, process automation, cloud-based management systems, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities. The Secure Lifecycle Services segment manages the complete journey of technology assets, provides extensive commercial relocation services, and offers secure paper shredding and recycling solutions. Established in 2004, Restore plc maintains its headquarters in London, United Kingdom. The company has recently expanded its Datashred division through acquisitions in early 2025 and strategically acquired Synertec, a leading document management business focusing on outbound public sector communications, in March 2025. Restore plc is recognized as a leading UK provider of secure and sustainable business services, with a significant portion of its revenue derived from predictable, recurring income streams.
