The company operates primarily in India with a presence across multiple segments such as retail e-commerce via Cocoblu Retail Limited, which scales brands in categories including apparel, shoes, wireless accessories, office products, musical instruments, eyewear, handbags, and books with over 2 million SKUs and partnerships with more than 600 top brands; electric motorcycles under the Revolt Motors brand through its wholly owned subsidiary Revolt Motors, offering models like RV400 and associated after-sales services; fashion brands via Neobrands Limited encompassing everyday fashion, denims under Inkd, athleisure, casual wear, and performance wear through Fyltr and Pump’d; fintech services through Wefin providing instant personal loans, two-wheeler loans, credit cards, and business loans; drone solutions via NeoSky India Ltd. with Drone-as-a-Product and Drone-as-a-Service for agriculture, delivery, logistics, energy, media, real estate, construction, security, and law enforcement; enterprise drones through Throttle Aerospace Systems; urban logistics via Matternet; as well as manpower supply, human resource consultancy, payroll management, insurance broking, management consultancy, project management, and monetary intermediation. Incorporated in 2010 as Indiabulls Infrastructure and Power Limited, it underwent name changes to RattanIndia Infrastructure Limited in 2014 and RattanIndia Enterprises Limited in 2021, with headquarters in New Delhi, India. Targeting urban consumers, enterprises, and financial services customers across India, the company maintains pan-India operations covering 26 states and 19,000 pin codes.
