Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust Plc Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust Plc is a UK-listed closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of commercial properties across Continental Europe, targeting growth cities and regions such as Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt, and others with strong GDP and rental growth potential. Incorporated in 2015 and headquartered at 1 London Wall Place, London, the Company provides shareholders with a regular and attractive level of income together with long-term income and capital growth potential through direct investments in real estate assets or via special purpose vehicles, partnerships, trusts, or other structures; it principally focuses on office, retail, logistics, and light industrial sectors while also allocating to leisure, residential, healthcare, hotels, and student accommodation properties.
