Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd. owns, operates and leases co-working and managed office spaces across India and Singapore, serving mid-to-large enterprises including Fortune 500 companies, global capability centers, MNCs, Indian corporates and startups with fully serviced, tech-enabled campuses featuring modern designs, high-speed internet, office furniture and amenities such as cafeterias, sport zones, gyms, crèches, medical centers, wellness facilities and smart convenience stores; core offerings encompass serviced office spaces, open-plan desks, private offices, meeting and conference rooms equipped with AV technology, event spaces, virtual offices, value-added services via revenue-sharing partnerships including catering and retail, design and fit-out-as-a-service solutions, facility management and proprietary technology platforms for operational efficiency and client experience enhancement. The company, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, India, maintains a portfolio of approximately 8.99 million square feet of super built-up area across 50 centers in 15 cities including Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Noida and Tier-1 clusters, with presence extended to Singapore; it targets enterprise clients requiring scalable, customizable workspaces delivered within 45-60 days through an asset-light model of straight leases, variable rentals and management contracts.
