Stellantis N.V. (STLA.MI) manufactures and markets a broad portfolio of passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and related mobility services through 14 iconic brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram Trucks, and Vauxhall; offers electrification solutions, autonomous driving technologies, connected vehicle services, micro-mobility options, and pre-owned vehicle programs via Free2move and Leasys; and provides luxury vehicles, automotive components such as engines, transmissions, and metal stampings. Formed in 2021 through the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA Group and headquartered in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, the company operates manufacturing facilities in over 30 countries across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, serving customers in more than 130 markets worldwide with a workforce of approximately 300,000 employees. In October 2025, Stellantis announced a landmark $13 billion investment over four years to expand U.S. manufacturing capacity by 50%, including reopening the Belvidere, Illinois plant for Jeep Cherokee and Compass production, launching an all-new midsize truck in Toledo, Ohio, developing a range-extended EV and large SUV in Warren, Michigan, producing the next-generation Dodge Durango in Detroit, and manufacturing the GMET4 EVO engine in Kokomo, Indiana, alongside 19 refreshed products and updated powertrains through 2029, creating over 5,000 jobs; the company also advanced its Dare Forward 2030 strategy for carbon net zero by 2038, deepened partnerships like the expanded collaboration with Archer Aviation for electric aircraft production, and appointed Antonio Filosa as CEO in June 2025 to prioritize North American growth.
