Recent developments include the July 2025 agreement to acquire NXP Semiconductors' MEMS sensors business for enhanced automotive safety, industrial and consumer market positions with complementary motion and pressure sensor technologies generating about US$300 million in 2024 revenue; a March 2025 joint development agreement with Innoscience to advance gallium nitride power solutions and expand manufacturing capacity in Europe and China; and ongoing investments in silicon carbide and gallium nitride for electric vehicles, renewable energy and 5G infrastructure.
