Steelman Telecom Limited is an integrated telecommunications services company primarily operating in India, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Kolkata. The company provides a wide range of telecom network support services and solutions including network survey and planning; installation and commissioning of telecom network equipment such as RAN equipment, BTS, microwave, BSC, MSC along with switches and routers; network testing and optimization; radio frequency services involving RF and LOS surveys, drive test analysis, KPI maintenance, voice over LTE performance, dropped call and interference analysis; network solutions and managed services encompassing day-to-day network operations, upkeep, upgrades, manpower outsourcing, and payrolling. Additionally, Steelman Telecom offers engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services, big data and data science solutions, 5G network integration, cloud and 5G security solutions, and Internet of Things services, serving telecom operators, equipment manufacturers, broadband service providers, and tower owners. In recent major developments, Steelman Telecom converted from a private limited to a public limited company in 2022 accompanied by a corresponding name change; secured a significant ₹147 crore contract from Reliance Projects & Property Management Services; executed contracts with Reliance Jio for projects including installation of over 20,000 BTS and microwave sites and optimization of 12,000 4G and 5G sites; expanded its service portfolio with AI-driven managed services and automation to help customers reduce costs and enhance key performance indicators; and completed the acquisition of additional shares in its subsidiary EC Wheels India to strengthen operational capabilities. The company continues to focus on leveraging its project management expertise and technical workforce to capitalize on the growing telecom infrastructure demand across multiple telecom circles in India while enhancing operating margins and customer service efficiency.
