Savills plc (SVS.L) is a leading global real estate services provider that advises clients on acquiring, leasing, developing and realizing the value of commercial, residential, rural and leisure properties; offers transaction advisory including leasing, tenant representation and investment sales; provides property and facilities management for owners and occupiers encompassing strategic advice, project management and operational services; delivers investment management of commercial and residential portfolios for institutional, corporate and private investors on pooled or segregated bases; and supplies consultancy services such as valuation, planning, development, environmental consultancy, research and corporate real estate solutions. The company operates through more than 700 offices with over 40,000 professionals across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East, serving corporate, institutional and private clients in key global locations. Founded in 1855 and headquartered at 33 Margaret Street in London, Savills plc functions as a FTSE 250 constituent listed on the London Stock Exchange. Recent developments include the acquisition of Macro Consultants LLC, a prominent North American project management firm; the purchase of Harrison Murray to expand residential services; and expansions by Savills Investment Management such as the Simply Affordable Homes fund launching in April 2024 with investments in over 100 UK affordable housing sites including 105 homes in Oxfordshire in 2025, alongside securing commitments from institutional investors like London CIV and adopting the UK Sustainability Impact Label in February 2025.
