Verbrec Limited Verbrec Limited (ASX:VBC) provides engineering, asset management, project delivery, operations and maintenance, training, and mining technology services across the asset lifecycle to clients in the mining, energy, infrastructure, water, defense, and manufacturing sectors. The company offers core services including multi-discipline and single-discipline engineering in process plant design, power systems with electrical and instrumentation solutions, pipelines engineering and operations covering more than 1,800 kilometers of gas pipelines, automation and control systems integration, industrial data analytics, cyber security, operational technology, asset integrity management, maintenance and reliability engineering, shutdown management, and competency training in hazardous areas, high voltage, and renewables; it operates through 14 locations with over 400 team members delivering more than 1,600 active projects in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Islands. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, Verbrec focuses on sustainable solutions supporting energy transition, electrification, biogas projects, and net-zero goals, with recent milestones including the first biogas injection of 16,000 cubic meters in New Zealand. In November 2025, Verbrec signed an agreement to acquire Alliance Automation Pty Ltd from Telstra for $5.5 million upfront cash, enhancing its automation, controls, digital industry, machine learning, and cyber security capabilities, adding $62 million in FY2025 revenue, expanding to approximately 700 team members across 18 locations, and targeting growth through shared clients in mining, water, and manufacturing; earlier, it agreed to sell its training subsidiary Competency Training Pty Ltd to RelyOn Australia for $11.5 million cash to refocus strategically.
