VGP N.V. VGP NV is a Belgium-based owner, developer and manager of logistics and semi-industrial real estate parks and ancillary office spaces across Europe. The company offers development services including land acquisition, infrastructure build-out, architectural design, permitting, construction coordination and site management; property management and leasing encompassing building operations and long-term tenant contracts primarily with logistics, e-commerce and industrial clients; facility management such as maintenance, waste management and greenery services; and renewable energy solutions via VGP Renewable Energy featuring solar, wind, thermal systems and energy storage integration. VGP N.V. operates in key markets including Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Central and Eastern Europe, Spain and other regions, with a portfolio exceeding 6.5 million square meters as of late 2024; founded in 1998 and headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium. Recent developments encompass multiple joint ventures such as with Areim targeting 500 million euros in asset acquisitions by year-end 2025 including entries into new markets, Ymir progressing construction of a 42,000 square meter facility pre-leased to Isar Aerospace with Allianz closing anticipated in 2026, and others like Saga with principle agreements and distributions expected around 80 million euros in 2025; ongoing land acquisitions and strategic growth pursuits announced in November 2025 trading update; and a BBB- rating assigned in September 2025 reflecting disciplined pre-let development focus.
