Zhejiang Ming Jewelry Co., Ltd. (002574.SZ) engages principally in the research, development, design, production and sale of high-grade precious metal and gemstone jewelry products in mainland China; operates and manages the MINGR jewelry brand; and distributes through brick-and-mortar retail stores and online channels. The company offers platinum jewelry including Pt850, Pt900, Pt950, Pt990 and Pt999 products; gold jewelry such as G375, G585, G750, G916, G990 and G999 products; diamond and silver jewelry; and inlaid gemstone pieces. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, it employs 1,270 people and targets middle- to upper-income consumers in the luxury goods segment of the consumer cyclical sector with a dual-channel sales strategy. Recent activities include recognition as a sample case for high-quality development in China's cross-border e-commerce solutions and ongoing efforts to expand online sales amid a competitive domestic market. No major acquisitions, partnerships, funding rounds or new product launches have been publicly announced in the last one to two years.
