Revenue Group Berhad is an investment holding company focused on providing complete and customizable payment solutions, including electronic data capture terminals, transaction processing, and digital services. The company offers core products and services such as revPAY for electronic data capture (EDC) terminals and payment acquiring; Digital Services Exchange (DSX) encompassing mobile top-ups, phone bill payments, utilities bill payments, game credits, entertainment, and ticketing; B2C ecosystem solutions; EMV Smart Card Technology; Terminal Management System; Loyalty System; Consumer Behavioural Management System; Web-based Payment System; and Payment Transaction Management System. These offerings serve banks, financial institutions, merchants, public transport operators, and retail businesses, primarily in Malaysia where it deploys over 90,000 EDC terminals processing more than 84,000 daily transactions with RM7 million in daily volume. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, Revenue Group operates mainly in the digital payments and fintech sector through segments including EDC terminals, electronic transaction processing, solutions and services, and digital payment services. Recent developments include the appointment of its subsidiary Revenue Solution Sdn Bhd as the official acquirer for Weixin Pay in Malaysia in March 2025, enabling merchants to accept RMB-denominated e-wallet payments from Chinese tourists and businesses across retail, hospitality, F&B, and tourism; acquisition of a 51% stake in Innov8tif Sdn Bhd for RM36 million announced in September 2024 to expand capabilities; collaboration with NSS IT Solution in September 2024 to empower KTMB's open payment system; and obtaining an online moneylending licence for a subsidiary in October 2024 to diversify into digital lending.
