Business
Teladan Group Berhad (0230.KL) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company primarily engaged in property development. The Group develops and sells landed, low-rise, and high-rise residential properties; landed shophouses; offices; retail shops; and commercial properties, with a focus on the Melaka market including projects such as Taman Bertam Heights, Taman Desa Bertam, Taman Impiana Kesang, and Atlantis Residences. It also undertakes management consultancy, specialized construction activities, and electric energy generation through subsidiaries like Teladan Setia Sdn. Bhd., Asal Harta Sdn. Bhd., and TS Power Sdn. Bhd. Founded in 1997 and headquartered at Wisma Teladan in Batu Berendam, Melaka, the company targets middle-income homebuyers and families in Malaysia. In FY2024, Teladan launched new properties with a gross development value of RM532.5 million, achieved property sales of RM322.5 million, and recorded strong take-up rates for ongoing projects including Taman Desa Bertam Phase 4B at 75.5%, Taman Bertam Heights 1A at 99.8%, and Taman Impiana Kesang Phase 1 at 97.5%. The Group plans FY2025 launches totaling RM1.12 billion in gross development value, notably German Technology Park Phase 1 featuring semi-detached factories, terrace factories, industrial lots, and centralized labour quarters; transferred its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in January 2024; and rebranded from Teladan Setia Group Berhad in June 2023.
