Southeast Asia Properties & Finance Limited (0252.HK) is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of plastic packaging materials; property investment, development, and leasing; hotel operations; and broking and securities margin financing, including stock and futures brokerage, securities margin financing, and commodities dealing services. The company manufactures and sells plastic packaging materials such as polyethylene products, trades plastic products, and handles warehousing and sale of scrap plastic materials; it invests in, develops, and leases properties primarily in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China, operates the luxury boutique Hotel Benito in Kowloon with co-working spaces under WorkCave, and provides financial services to clients. Founded in 1972 and headquartered at Units 407-410, 4th Floor, Tower 2, Silvercord, No. 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, it conducts geographic operations across Hong Kong, the PRC, rest of Asia, Oceania, North America, and Europe, employing 258 staff as of September 2025. Recent developments include the July 2025 soft launch of Hotel Benito, achieving a 92.9% occupancy rate and HK$695.3 average room rate in its first three months; a deemed partial disposal of interest in associate Titan Dragon during the prior period ending September 2024, reducing the stake from 28% to 24.5% and recognizing a HK$15.2 million loss; and ongoing capital expenditures reflected in property, plant, and equipment growth to HK$329.3 million as of September 2025, alongside revenue stability at HK$102.4 million for the six months ended September 2025 despite market volatility from global tariffs and interest rate shifts.
