Business
Thelloy Development Group Limited (HKEX:1546) is a Cayman Islands-incorporated investment holding company principally engaged in providing property construction services in Hong Kong; its core offerings encompass building construction services, repair, maintenance, alteration and addition (RMAA) works, design-and-build services, interior decoration services and Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) works through its subsidiary Techoy Construction Company Limited, a Group C (confirmed) main contractor listed on the Works Branch of the Development Bureau's approved contractor list; it also invests in properties via joint ventures and serves government entities, quasi-government organizations, universities, schools, institutions and incorporated owners of private buildings. The company, founded in 2015 and headquartered at 19/F, The Globe, 79 Wing Hong Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, operates as a subsidiary of Cheers Mate Holding Limited and maintains approximately 140 employees as of September 2025. Recent developments include revenue growth to HK$260.3 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025 from HK$180.7 million a year earlier, driven by building construction (HK$242.9 million) and RMAA works (HK$17.5 million); divestment by 49%-owned joint venture Great Glory Developments Limited of its entire interests in Profit Apex Developments Limited and Sky Glory Properties Limited (land lots in Yuen Long) in May 2025 for HK$42 million total consideration, yielding the Group HK$20.6 million attributable proceeds; a new town planning application submitted in September 2025 by Great Glory's subsidiary World Partners Limited to redevelop a Tsuen Wan industrial building into a hotel and/or student hostel; and term contract extensions awarded in June 2025 by the HKSAR Buildings Department with an estimated remaining value of HK$593 million.
