HASEKO Corporation engages primarily in the planning, design, and construction of condominiums; contract construction; and the sale and rental of construction materials and equipment under its construction-related business segment. Its real estate-related segment manages condominium sales, rentals, and detached house sales. The service-related segment offers condominium repair, interior renovation, rental and rental management services, building management, paid nursing home operations, and nursing care insurance business. The company also operates an overseas segment focused on real estate development, sales, and commercial facility operations primarily in the United States. Founded in 1937 and headquartered in Osaka, Japan, HASEKO operates mainly in Japan with expanding activities overseas. Recently, HASEKO has been advancing its medium-term business plan emphasizing sustainable construction systems, industrialized construction methods such as precast concrete, and the expansion of construction fields into non-residential sectors including hotels, elderly care facilities, data centers, and logistics facilities. The company is focusing on low-carbon and decarbonized housing, promoting wooden construction technologies, long-life quality housing, and ZEH (Zero Energy House) supply. It has been incorporating digital technologies, including BIM, AI for automation, and IoT systems, to enhance productivity and develop new lifestyle support products such as living space air conditioning, health and security monitoring using biometric and AI systems, and AI-controlled home appliances. HASEKO also completed a significant share buyback program in 2025 and continues to broaden its living space and smart housing offerings, integrating digital and sustainable home innovations. The company reported strong financial performance in 2025 with growth in construction projects and real estate deliveries, completing numerous large-scale condominium projects in key metropolitan areas of Japan. It is pursuing strategic growth by expanding production functions, increasing housing equipment and building material sales, and broadening its digital and service platform for housing and living. HASEKO aims to leverage advanced technologies such as metaverse and generative AI in its business operations and product development to meet diversifying lifestyle needs and achieve carbon neutrality targets.
