Tanmiah Food Company (2281.SR), a subsidiary of Al Dabbagh Group Holding Company Limited, produces and markets a comprehensive range of poultry and related protein products in Saudi Arabia, the GCC region and internationally; its core offerings include fresh and frozen whole poultry, ready-to-cook products, added-value items such as tender chicken breasts, chicken burgers, chicken fingers, boneless wings, chicken nuggets and deli meats, as well as ready-to-eat and bespoke poultry, turkey and beef solutions tailored for HORECA customers including quick-service restaurants, gourmet outlets and hospitality providers; through subsidiaries like Agricultural Development Company Ltd. for fresh poultry under the Tanmiah brand, Desert Hills for Veterinary Services Company Ltd. for animal feed, day-old broiler chicks, hatching eggs, animal health products and livestock equipment, and Supreme Foods Processing Company Ltd. with its UAE-based Perfect Foods Factory for cooked and value-added meats, the company maintains a fully integrated supply chain from farming to distribution with operations centered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where it was founded in 1962 and listed on the Saudi Tadawul in 2021. Tanmiah Foods operates across key business segments encompassing primary poultry production, further processing, animal nutrition, veterinary services and restaurant franchising, targeting retail, foodservice and institutional customers with premium, halal-certified, hormone-free, corn-fed chickens raised in cageless environments; its geographic footprint spans Saudi Arabia, the UAE and broader Middle East markets with online sales channels and logistics supporting chilled and frozen deliveries. The company pursues strategic expansions including the inauguration of the Majmaa 2 primary processing plant and automated facility in September 2025 to boost capacity amid Saudi Arabia's growing poultry market projected to reach USD 6.91 billion by 2030, a new primary processing plant slated for early 2025 startup with initial capacity for 37 million birds annually expandable to 56 million, enhanced collaborations with global quick-service brands like McDonald's Saudi Arabia, a master franchise and development agreement with Popeyes for restaurant rollout across the Kingdom, and a November 2025 memorandum of understanding with Big Idea Ventures to pursue US red-meat investments, M&A opportunities, sustainable feed alternatives and capital access strengthening its protein value chain.
