This move signals an expansion in ADATA’s engagement in the interactive entertainment ecosystem. Additionally, ADATA announced a public tender offer to acquire De Poan, a pneumatic tool manufacturer, aiming to strengthen synergies in electric vehicle (EV) and motor-related businesses, marking a significant diversification and expansion beyond traditional memory products. ADATA also maintains strategic partnerships such as the distribution agreement with Digital Domain for XPG products in Greater China and the Americas.
