The Global Ltd. (3271.T), a Tokyo-based real estate holding company established in 1998 and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since 2010, primarily develops, manages, and sells condominiums, apartment complexes, income-generating properties including rental condominiums and offices, commercial facilities, hotels, and detached houses primarily in Japan's metropolitan areas such as Tokyo and Kyoto; it also provides real estate investment brokerage, property agency services, building management, asset management, and pursues overseas business opportunities. The company operates through five key segments encompassing profitable properties development and sales under brands like WILL ROSE series for new condominiums, sales agency for third-party properties including brokerage, condominium management, and hotel development targeting inbound tourism demand, with headquarters at 18F Shinjuku-NS Building, 2-4-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. In March 2025, Asahi Kasei Corp., through its subsidiary Asahi Kasei Homes Corp., acquired a 9.88% stake in The Global Ltd. to establish a strategic business alliance, marking a significant recent development amid the company's revenue growth to JPY 61.75 billion (TTM) and net income of JPY 3.68 billion as of fiscal year-end June 2026 projections; The Global Ltd. remains a subsidiary of SBI Holdings, Inc. and employs approximately 143 people focused on innovating real estate through IT-based sales and global expansion initiatives.
