B-Lot Company Limited is a Tokyo-based real estate services firm specializing in comprehensive real estate brokerage, development, revitalization, and securitization services. Its core products and services include sales and purchase support; leasing brokerage for offices and residences; consulting services; real estate development encompassing building creation and effective utilization; real estate revitalization through renovation and rights adjustment; property management; asset management; and real estate fund management. The company operates predominantly in Japan, serving diverse market segments from individual property investors to institutional clients. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, B-Lot has expanded its business scope and geographic presence within Japan through recent strategic initiatives. In terms of recent major company changes, B-Lot resolved in November 2024 to acquire Kumasyu Co., Ltd., a medium-sized real estate revitalization company founded in 2005, marking a significant expansion into redevelopment with improved market liquidity. The acquisition is set to become effective in January 2025, supported by a syndicated loan of ¥6.5 billion. This strategic move consolidates B-Lot’s presence in the redevelopment segment and advances its growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, B-Lot has continued to grow its business operations with new office openings and strengthened its financial base, recording new profit highs in fiscal 2024 while expanding subsidiaries in related real estate and hospitality management businesses. The company maintains a focus on integrating investment, development, brokerage, and management services to deliver end-to-end real estate solutions within the Japanese market.
