Koryojyuhan Co., Ltd. engages primarily in real estate distribution and management activities in Japan. The company operates through two main segments: Real Estate Distribution, which involves the sale of its own real estate properties, trading and brokerage of third-party real estate, leasing brokerage, residential lot sales, and development and sale of properties; and Real Estate Management, which encompasses rental operations including rental agency, monthly apartments, trunk rooms, and elderly housing services, as well as rental management, renovation proposals, vacant house management, sublease services, property insurance agency, coin parking lot management, solar power generation facility operations, and profitable real estate consulting. It also provides real estate fund business services through its KORYO Funding platform, which features multiple investment projects such as the 24th project that reached full subscription. Koryojyuhan Co., Ltd., founded in 1981 and headquartered in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture, maintains extensive operations across Ibaraki Prefecture and Tokyo Metropolis with over 20 stores as the leading real estate firm by store count in Ibaraki; the company recently expanded with a new Moriya branch office, integrated branches for operational efficiency, appointed a new representative director, joined the Real Estate Crowdfunding Association, installed cycle stations for local community initiatives, and actively sponsors events including Ibaraki Robots home games.
