In December 2024, the company resolved to acquire 56.3% of Rakuto Kasei Industrial Co., Ltd., completing the transaction on January 7, 2025, to create synergies in biostimulants for agriculture, environmentally friendly water treatment chemicals, and research and development; it also initiated a treasury share repurchase program in August 2025 for up to 280,000 shares worth 700 million yen to enhance shareholder value and capital structure, acquiring over 148,600 shares by September 2025.
