- Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company (4200.SR) is a Saudi joint stock company engaged in the wholesale and retail trading of fuel, gasoline, oil, and lubricants; operation of petroleum service stations offering additives, car wash, tire servicing, alignment, accessories, food outlets, mosques, ATMs, and car rental services; construction and operation of take-away centers for hot and cold beverages, food, and catering; and provision of transport and logistics services including transportation of liquid and dry materials via a fleet of trucks and trailers, as well as goods transportation using highways. The company operates through Petroleum Services, Transport Services, and Super 2 segments, managing approximately 1,231 fuel stations and a fleet supporting multi-commodity logistics across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, serving private companies, government agencies, and sectors such as petrochemicals, manufacturing, construction, and retail with specialized hauling for chemicals, pet coke, minerals, and bulk commodities. Founded in 1957 as a family business by Sheikh Mohammed Saad Aldrees and formalized in 1962, it is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, underwent a name change from Mohammed Saad Aldrees and Sons Company Ltd. in December 2004, transformed into a joint stock company in 2006, and in recent years expanded its station network significantly while its chairman increased ownership to 3.78 million shares by early 2025 and the board recommended a 15% cash dividend for 2024.
