CAC Holdings Corporation (4725.T) operates as a holding company that, through its subsidiaries, engages in information technology services, including system development, integration, consulting, operation, management, maintenance, and business process outsourcing in Japan and internationally. The company offers core products and services such as system building encompassing consulting, development, infrastructure setup, and package integration; system operation and management including application operation, data centers, help desks, and call centers; BPO/BTO services; software planning, development, and sales of packaged software; engineering and R&D support; IT infrastructure management and managed services for banking, telecom, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors; mainframe, open systems, web-based systems, and IT management solutions; offshore development; low-code platforms like AZAREA; digital transformation solutions; and pharmaceutical business support including drug discovery, non-clinical, sales force automation, and healthcare data analytics. It maintains a global footprint with subsidiaries and operations in the United States via CAC America Corporation, Europe through CAC Europe Limited, China including CAC Shanghai Corporation and GoldenTech, India with Inspirisys Solutions Limited, Singapore via Mitrais and CAC Consulting & Technology, Indonesia, and numerous domestic entities such as ARK Systems, CAC CROSS FUSION, CIM Technology, Rosso, YUASA SYSTEM SOLUTIONS, and M.Heart. Founded in 1966 as Japan's first independent software company and headquartered at 24-1 Nihonbashi-Hakozaki-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, the group transitioned to a holding structure in 2014 under CAC Holdings. Recent developments include the establishment of CAC CROSS FUSION Co. Ltd. in January 2024 for system engineering services, CAC Consulting & Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd. in March 2022 for consulting, integration, and operations, CAC identity Corporation in July 2025 focused on new business development, and the release of CAC Vision 2030 emphasizing digital solutions with product and service expansion alongside steady financial growth to consolidated sales of 52,063 million yen as of December 31, 2024.
