AME Elite Consortium Berhad AME Elite Consortium Berhad is an integrated investment holding company that engages in the development of industrial parks; construction of large-scale manufacturing plants and industrial buildings; provision of engineering services, including mechanical and electrical contracting, fire protection systems, industrialized building system precast concrete and steel structures, heavy equipment rental, and renewable energy engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning; and property investment, management services, including leasing of industrial properties, workers' dormitories, clubhouses, canteens, convenience stores, laundromats, sports facilities, and landscape maintenance. The company, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Senai, Johor, Malaysia, primarily operates in Malaysia with a focus on the industrial property sector, serving manufacturing, data center operators, and related businesses through its subsidiaries such as AME Development Sdn Bhd. It targets foreign direct investment-driven markets in regions including Johor, Penang, and Selangor. Recent developments include a November 2024 joint venture with Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad through Oasis Innovation Sdn Bhd to develop an industrial park on 230 acres in Ijok, Selangor, for RM230.54 million, marking expansion beyond Johor and Penang; a July 2025 shareholder-approved disposal of industrial properties to AME Real Estate Investment Trust for RM100.8 million to unlock capital for new projects; acquisition of a 38-acre plot in Johor to boost gross development value to RM1.4 billion; plans to launch Northern TechValley industrial park in Penang with RM1 billion gross development value in Q3 FY2025; and pursuit of data center land sales and construction tenders amid sector demand.
